Welcome New Family Members,

At Sharefam, we are working to provide the best and safest place Where Families Connect online. In creating the site, we decided to place members of the family around a kitchen table design. The kitchen table is meant to reinforce the focus on family interactions.

During development we wanted to create an environment that allowed the family network to continue to grow through marriages, but also maintained the privacy of individual family members. We have done this through a unique invitation system that only allows our members to see and be seen by blood relatives and their current spouses.

Some of you may wonder why we are charging some members of the family for a service that is free elsewhere. First, we believe that the security, design and function of Sharefam is superior to our competitors. But most importantly, we want to create a sustainable environment, one that the family can count on well into the future.
